Her journey into flowers began through a powerful spiritual interlude in the KZN midlands with a little wild flower. Through connection with it she received a life changing message to leave the corporate world and use flowers as a medium to allow people to receive messages of healing for their lives. She followed this calling and left the world of advertising and developed and created the unique flower communication and flower healing concept she practices today called Flowerscape.

Through her TV Show called FRESH CUT on the DSTV Home Channel, Jill brings flowers and the art of flower arranging to people's homes as a motivational and uplifting way to connect with the magnificence of nature and one's own creative soul.

The Jill Manson Floral Design School offers floral design courses across all levels, for those interested in a career in floristry as well as creative workshops for people to simply enjoy the therapeutic and marvelous art of floral design. Her purpose is to give opportunity to others to start a career of self-employment (or employment) in the industry of floristry. Other less formal courses allow people to partake in the joy of arranging flowers in creative classes and themed workshops for the soul!
